The issue wasn’t lack of care or commitment — it was lack of coordination and structure.

The individuals working in these systems were stretched thin and overwhelmed — trying to meet community needs while managing outdated tools and disconnected processes.

All the while, the people — our relatives, our clients, our community — still needed us.
